Canyon Pain & Wellness in Glendale, Arizona.

Established in 2019, Canyon Pain & Wellness is a pain management clinic serving Glendale and surrounding Arizona communities. The practice was built around a straightforward idea: understand the person experiencing the pain before deciding how that pain should be treated.

Pain can affect much more than one part of the body. It can change how someone moves, works, sleeps, exercises and participates in everyday life. That is why our approach begins with the patient's symptoms, history and personal goals.

Care may include interventional pain management and other treatment approaches when clinically appropriate. Treatment recommendations are made following evaluation and discussion with the patient.

Antony Waweru brings more than 21 years of nursing and clinical experience to Canyon Pain & Wellness, including advanced experience in nurse anesthesia and pain management. His background includes advanced training in non-surgical pain management and the evaluation of patients experiencing acute and chronic pain concerns. His approach emphasizes individualized evaluation, appropriate treatment options and helping patients understand and participate in decisions about their care.
